AF Form 357 – Family Care certification is mandatory for all AF Technical School students, who are required to designate a short-term, long-term, and alternate caregiver for their child. In addition to providing daycare to military children, the AF Aid Society program reimburses parents for child care at certified or affiliated AF family child care facilities. The program helps the entire base community by providing child care for families with active duty personnel. AF Form 357 – Family Care Certification is obtained from the Airman & Family Readiness Center (Bldg 400). The program is not meant to replace any other child care assistance.
