The U.S. Air Force’s Air Education and Training Command (AETC) has released a new form for IMT training, which is known as AETC Form 6. The AF IMT 1058 is a rehabilitative tool for the commander. It establishes a six-month observation period for individuals whose performance does not meet Air Force standards. Reserve personnel may be given a longer observation period if they meet certain requirements.

The AF order portal is unavailable from July 12, 2022, until July 26, 2022. Reserve personnel may access the WMS during this time.
