AFFORM.NET – AF Form 3899h – Patient Movement Neurological Assessment – When the time comes to transport a patient by air, it is crucial that the medical attendants are prepared to provide proper care to the patient. A form called AF Form 3899h must be filled out by the medical attendants to document the situation. This document is also used to record a patient’s medical condition and any additional information about the patient. During an emergency, an AE crew member must contact the MCD to report any symptoms or complications.
