What is an Air Force Form 1613?
When applying for a promotion in the Air Force, the first thing you must do is fill out Airforce Form 1613. This form is used to verify the information you need for a specific job, including the date you joined the service. You must submit it along with your other documents to receive a promotion. You will have to complete this form before you can begin training, so make sure you have all the necessary documents to fill it out.
The first thing you should do is find the latest AF Form 1613 or DD Form 214 in your files. Then, prepare a certified copy of it and submit it to the military service department.
